"I can’t recommend Dr. Alex highly enough. When I first reached out to  him, I was dealing with a lower back running injury and could barely  walk without limping. I felt pretty hopeless and didn’t know if I’d be  able to get back to running at all.

From the very beginning, he  showed genuine care and took the time to actively listen to my concerns,  my lifestyle, and my training goals. He adjusted treatment based on how  I was feeling and progressing, and built a plan that was realistic for  me. He even scheduled sessions at convenient times (often early  mornings), which made it much easier to stay consistent.

Our  sessions evolved as I progressed, starting with a thorough assessment,  then focusing on recovery treatments like dry needling with electrical  stimulation to manage pain, and eventually transitioning into  performance and strength work. I still use the strength exercise program  he designed for me, and I have continued to see results in my not only  my back strength, but my strength and running form overall.

Within  just a couple of months, I went from struggling to walk to successfully  running a half marathon. Throughout the entire process, Dr. Alex  encouraged me, kept me motivated, and helped me become a better runner  than I was prior to the injury.
